Keychains - $5 Flat Rate Shipping for Domestic United States.

All Pre-Orders Shipped in about 1-2 weeks after checkout with USPS Priority Mail (3-5 bus. days)

Pre-Order.
Pre-orders are orders for items that are not in stock currently but that are expected to be available for purchase at a later date. The estimated ship date for the item will be displayed on the product page. If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and mailed out to you as soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse. We will send you an email with tracking information once the item ships out.Note: Making changes to your order (delivery address, payment method, etc) may affect your order's eligibility. If you need to change your order, please contact us at orders@dogipack.com.
RETURNS
Freshstart Dogipack has a 30 day return policy on all items purchased from www.dogipack.com (from date of invoice) Except for sale items; ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. We want you to be 100% satisfied with the product so if there are issues and a return is necessary, please email us at orders@dogipack.com A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER will be provided and must accompany the return to ensure a correct and timely refund.
Subject to get an RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER may result in our ability to process the return.
Also the item must come back in resalable condition (no doggy drool or hair please) and with original tags and packaging. Failure to do this may result in a minimum 25% restocking fee and can go higher if the item is not sellable.
If your item is defective, please notify Freshstart Dogipack within 30 days of receiving the product. Freshstart Dogipack will take careful steps to determine how we can remedy and replace or refund the product at no cost to you.
A thorough description of the defect and an image may be required on your behalf. Our customer service team is gladly there to help you.
